Day 3: The Finished Work
Day 3: The Finished Work Reading: John 19:28-30 Devotional: "It is finished" - with these words, Jesus declared His mission complete. He had drunk the cup of God's wrath to its dregs, leaving nothing undone in His work of salvation. This wasn't a cry of defeat, but of victory. How does knowing that Christ's work is "finished" impact your daily walk with God? Are there areas where you're still trying to earn God's favor instead of resting in Christ's completed work? Today, practice living from a place of acceptance rather than striving for it.
